Federal Labor & Employment Law Seminar

The FBA-NDOC's annual Federal Labor & Employment Law CLE seminar will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013. Topics include the latest on the Affordable Care Act, LGBT issues in the workplace, and updates from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.  The seminar also features a panel discussion on the use of social media in federal litigation with panel members The Honorable Judge James S. Gwin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Matthew D. Besser of Bolek Besser Glesius LLC, and Michael N. Chesney of Frantz Ward LLP.  
 

Other featured speakers are Jason A. Rothman of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C.; Richard C. Haber of Haber Polk Kabat LLP; Rebecca Fyffe of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance; and Douglas B. Brown of Douglas B. Brown, LLC, Of Counsel, Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC.

This seminar will be held at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse in the 7th floor auditorium from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
