• Individuals, not the Attorney Constituent Group nor the Federal Bar Association – Northern District of Ohio Chapter, are responsible for reservations, deposits, and cancellations. 

Individually Billed Guest Room Rates
(First Night’s Deposit/Full Payment is Due at the Time of Booking)

Standard Room - $139/night, plus applicable taxes & fees

• This room rate applies to the night of Thursday, October 22.
  
• Guest rooms do not have in-room coffeemakers.  Creekside Market opens daily and serves Starbucks coffee. 

NOTE: A limited number of Standard Guest Rooms are available as follows:

• Wednesday, October 21 - $139/night, plus applicable taxes & fees
• Friday, October 23 - $179/night, plus applicable taxes & fees

Sawmill Creek will aim to accommodate the maximum number of guests interested in making reservations for these additional nights to the extent possible.

NOTE: Arrival date cannot be before October 21, 2026.  Departure date cannot be after October 24, 2026. 

Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee applies to any cancellation.  The first night’s deposit is refundable if notice is received 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.  The first night’s deposit is forfeited for any cancellation received within 72 hours of arrival.  Please call the resort directly to cancel your hotel reservation.
