CLE Credit Hours & Request Form

The Bench-Bar Retreat application has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 4.75 general CLE hours, with 1.00 hour of attorney professional conduct instruction. To request CLE credit hours for Bench-Bar Retreat attendance, a CLE Credit Hour Request Form must be submitted to the registration staff on October 25, 2024 at the retreat. Please print a copy and bring it with you to the retreat.
