9:15-10:00 a.m. When Bankruptcy and “Legal” Marijuana Collide

Mr. Debitetto will present on issues raised by the collision of “legal” marijuana under state law with federal bankruptcy law, including the risks posed by using and selling marijuana inventory in bankruptcy.
