CLE Credit Hours & Request Form

The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education (CLE) approved 5.75 CLE hours for the 2026 Bench-Bar Retreat – 5.00 general credit hours and 0.75 professional conduct hours.  The professional conduct hours apply solely to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) panel. 

To request CLE credit hours for retreat attendance, a CLE Credit Hour Request Form must be submitted to registration staff on October 23, 2026 at the retreat.  Hardcopies of the form – available here and will be available at the retreat for on-site completion. 
The Activity Code will be provided on the day of the retreat.
