Professional Conduct 1.00 hour; approval pending by the Supreme Court of Ohio

The Trial Academy of the Northern District of Ohio Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is presenting an ethics program (1.0 CLE) entitled “Ethical Considerations in Making Opening Statements and Closing Arguments.”  This program, which is available to all attorneys, will take place on September 27, 2024, from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., in the Carl B. Stokes United States Court House in the Seventh Floor auditorium.  The featured speakers are U.S. District Court Judge J. Philip Calabrese and Carole S. Rendon, a partner at Baker Hostetler and former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.  They will discuss ethical considerations in making closing arguments and opening statements.

Non-Members - $50
