Federal Labor & Employment Law CLE Seminar

The FBA-NDOC's annual Federal Labor & Employment Law CLE seminar will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Topics include the latest in labor law, immigration basics for every employment lawyer, civility in employment litigation and a panel discussion on making the most of employment mediation that features The Honorable Dan A. Polster of the U.S. District Court, ND Ohio, The Honorable Peggy Foley Jones of Giffen & Kaminski LLC, Diane Citrino of Thacker Martinsek LPA and Loretta Feller of the EEOC.

Other featured speakers are Michael J. Frantz of Frantz Ward LLP, M. Terrell Menefee of Brouse McDowell, Cathleen M. Bolek of Bolek Besser Glesius LLC and Robert M. Wolf of Littler Mendelson PC.

This seminar will be held at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse in the 7th floor auditorium. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., the seminar starts at 9:00 a.m. and finishes at 12:30 p.m.
