Two Panels – one of Federal District Court Judges, and the other of In-House Counsel – will discuss their hopes, expectations, and frustrations with the litigation process in Federal Court.  Please join the Federal Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel of America for "Making a Federal Case out of It" on Wednesday May 2, from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m.

Chief Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. will begin the seminar with an Introduction to the Court, followed by a panel discussion with Judge Patricia A. Gaughan, Judge James Gwin, and Judge Donald C. Nugent.  This will be immediately followed by a discussion of in-house counsel including ACCA Chapter President Elizabeth A. Rader, as well as Christopher J. Sheridan, and Kristen E. Carl.  This panel will offer a "View from the Inside" which will discuss challenges of in-house counsel, goals in litigation, and their expectations (and their management's expectations) for the courts and counsel.

An optional tour of the Courthouse will follow the seminar.
