Professionalism Topics 2015
Course description: This seminar will provide attorneys with course material sufficient to satisfy the Ohio Su-preme Court’s requirements for professionalism instruction. The sections will teach attendees about examples of behavior in the work environment that can lead to liability for individuals, companies, and law firms. Attendees will also gain an understanding about poor behavior that, even if it does not result in a lawsuit, can hurt employee morale and productivity. Also, attendees will learn about recent developments in attorney eth-ics, lawyer misconduct, and substance abuse. Finally, attendees will learn about standards attorneys must meet to become proficient with new technology.
