Southern District of Ohio Federal Sentencing & Criminal Practice Institute
In conjunction with Chief Judge Sargus of the Southern District as well as Deb Williams, the Southern District Federal Public Defender, the Dayton Chapter is sponsoring a two (2) day seminar on Federal Sentencing and Criminal Practice. This program includes ten (10) hours of FREE CLE and will include presentations by numerous federal judges, representatives of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
