Risk Versus Reward: The New Pros and Cons of Arbitration Agreements and Class Action Waivers
In the wake of recent rulings by the Supreme Court of the United States and other appellate courts, many employers will need to reevaluate their stance on arbitration agreements.  This session will cover important changes to the incentives and disincentives of arbitration since the recent decisions came down.  The presenters will also discuss the viability of class action waivers.  Finally, the course will provide practical tips and best practices for drafting or updating an arbitration agreement to use in the new legal landscape.
