Sheryl Harris, the Plain Dealer's consumer affairs columnist, and Judge Marilyn Shea-Stonum, who is retiring this spring after more than 19 years as the bankruptcy judge sitting in Akron, will be the Frank J. Battisti Memorial Lecturer at Case Western Reserve University's School of Law on THURSDAY, MARCH 27th at 6 p.m.in the moot courtroom. The presentation is titled "One Bankruptcy Judge's Exit Interview with the Public." This event is free and open to the public.
